Shipping & Returns
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours.
For customers in Wellington you are welcome to collect your items in person. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time.
Shipping options
For most items in the store:
1. Standard Post – Flat Rate $3 – anywhere in New Zealand
This is at your own risk, no refunds or replacement of any items that go missing.
2. Courier Delivery – Flat Rate $6 – anywhere in New Zealand
We use Post Haste, your items are insured and you can track the progress of your items through their Track & Trace server (http://www.posthaste.co.nz/tracktrace.html).
For larger/heavier items:
Specifically Scor-Pals, Storage Binders, and Crop-A-Dile Big Bites.
3. Courier Delivery – Flat Rate $10 – anywhere in New Zealand

Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
International Orders
Any international orders are welcomed and shipping will be quoted at the time of order depending on weight, size and destination. We will contact you prior to processing to advise freight costs. All prices on this website are in New Zealand dollars.
Returns
At Brodiesmum, our aim is to send out all products in top quality condition and for our customers to want to rave about our service!
If for any reason products are defective, damaged or you are not happy with your order, items may be returned to us, with prior warning, so that we can put it right, by way of refund or replacement.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs under any circumstances.
Any item returned must be sealed and in it's original packaging, and return postage charges are the responsibility of the sender. Should you need to return anything please contact us to discuss your options.
